Here is a new news report from NBC about hard cider. Not a lot of new information if you have been looking at the industry much. They reported that the cider industry grew by 400% last year and that there are now more than 130 cider brands. It is projected according to David Cordtz, Sonoma Cider founder, that the industry will reach $7 Billion retail sales before it all levels out in 3 or 4 years.
